Working Student - Employee Experience Specialist

Job description

As we are at the starting point of our international expansion, this role offers a great opportunity to join our ride and support the HR team with the execution and development of career experiences that matter to our employees. 

Together with a team of Employee Experience Specialists you will guide our current and future employees through all the steps in their journey with us. Whether it's onboarding, offboarding or anything in between; you ensure the experience is a smooth and easy ride! 

What you will be doing 

  • Contribute to the development of our HR processes, policies and systems - internationally 
  • Co-create great employee experiences by paying attention to the needs and goals of our employees 
  • Support felyx team members with all the questions they may have throughout their time with us
  • Ensure our HR admin is 100% accurate, 100% of the time 
  • Organize and attend events to spread the felyx story 
  • Support our approach of develop, implement, improve - REPEAT to continuously improve our employee experiences 


How to know if you are perfect for the job:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s in the HR or (International) Business at a Dutch university
  • Written and verbal communication skills? You excel at this (in English)
  • Organized and detail-oriented are your top qualities
  • Are fluent in English and one other European Language such as German, French, Spanish or Dutch

What would make you even more perfect (But don’t worry, this is a plus):

  • You have some previous experiences in (HR) administration/operations 
  • You know basic labor law
  • You love the color green & riding e-mopeds
  • You can start asap and are available for 20-28hours/week
