Here’s the challenge

You will primarily acquire high-value users with the marketing team by focusing on performance marketing app campaigns optimization in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other major networks. You will set up campaigns, monitor impact, and iterate them to great success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute app marketing campaigns, primarily focused on user acquisition and retention.
  • Contribute to felyx Performance Marketing strategy & set-up, spotting optimization opportunities and helping put them on the performance marketing roadmap.
  • Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel-mix
  • Grow the development of Apple Search Ads and Google App campaigns as acquisition and retention channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the global brand team to produce excellent direct response advertising assets that generate results and elevate the felyx brand.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure the achievement of local KPIs and make sure that felyx resonates with the local market.

Requirements

We genuinely get excited if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, app campaign planning, and six digits budget management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google App and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience working with MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Singular) and setting up mobile attribution and tracking
  • Have experience in piloting new channels and building business cases
  • Have experience working with AppStore Connect and Google Developers Console
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up in an international environment
  • Have a data-driven mindset and structured approach to tackling everyday tasks
  • Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong motivation to learn.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Excel
  • Are fluent (written and verbal) in English and other European languages like French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian.
  •  You are based in The Netherlands.

Bonus points if you

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services.
  • Have experience with a Marketing Automation Tool and optimization automation tool
  • Have experience in conversion optimization and in-depth knowledge of such tools as Google Optimize, GTM, and HotJar
  • Have working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with WordPress
  • Have working knowledge of SQL
