Here is the challenge
As a Technical support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service department in resolving technical issues with our product. Felyx is a 24/7 business, and issues often arise during peak hours like Friday evenings, and weekend days.
We are building a technical support team that together with CS and OPS colleagues is able to mitigate any outage or disruption in our service.
