Great, because felyx is hiring! The coming years we are facing hyper-growth in The Netherlands and the rest of Europe. Therefore, we are looking for a Technical support agent.

Here's the challenge

As a Technical support agent you are the point of contact for IT matters concerning employees. You will help your colleagues with device issues, managing email and Office accounts or with granting application rights. You are pragmatic, helpful, precise and accessible to the team.

And important not to forget: we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role as we are continually on our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).

Requirements

We get truly excited if you

  • Have a completed MBO education, preferably in IT
  • Have experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence and Octa
  • Have experience with Google Drive and Office 365
  • Know your way around Linux, Windows and macOS

Bonus points if you

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit (creative problem solver, dedicated, motivated, self-starting)
  • Have experience with Google Cloud platform, AWS or Docker
