And do you know like no one else how to make candidates crazily enthusiastic?  Now that we are becoming a more Tech focused company, we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Tech HR & Recruitment specialist. But we don’t want you to only look for new Tech talent, but also inspire our current Tech talent during their ride at felyx. Do you know where we can find the best Developers and Engineers and how we attract them? Perfect! You will play a key role in driving felyx' growth and be part of this awesome roller coaster and a family-like team.

Here's the challenge

As a Tech HR & Recruitment Specialist you are the face and voice of felyx for future and current Tech talent. The frameworks have been set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our recruitment flow, based on your vision and expertise. It is an opportunity to combine Recruitment and Recruitment strategy (70% of your time), Employer Branding (20%), Optimization processes (10%) and talent management with a direct Recruitment business partner for the technical team. Issues that you will be faced with are: what does it take to have a good job interview if you want to hire developers? Does it have to be a conversation or do we let someone do a home assessment? What does an onboarding look like for someone who will start in the tech team? It's up to you!


To accomplish this you will (focused on Tech):

  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy (nationally and internationally)

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle

  • Pro-actively search for the perfect candidates via multiple channels
  • Create great felyx candidate experiences
  • Have your admin in order (unfortunately comes with every job)
  • Stars know stars - so actively follow up on referrals
  • Manage all different stakeholders regarding every step in the employee journey

  • Organize and attend events to spread the felyx story

  • Create a strong employer brand

  • Ensure we have a flawless employee experience

But, important not to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two (HR Businesspartner?), as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

  • Have 2 year experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger the right people in the right way at the right time
  • Perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Are the king/queen of communication - written and verbally (in both Dutch and English)
  • Are result driven, well organized and ambitious
  • Always get the job done!
  • Speak Dutch and English (required)

Bonus points if you

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Are looking for a career in fast moving scale-up environment
  • Obtained a Bachelor degree in Business, Communication or Hospitality
