Here's the challenge
As a Tech HR & Recruitment Specialist you are the face and voice of felyx for future and current Tech talent. The frameworks have been set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our recruitment flow, based on your vision and expertise. It is an opportunity to combine Recruitment and Recruitment strategy (70% of your time), Employer Branding (20%), Optimization processes (10%) and talent management with a direct Recruitment business partner for the technical team. Issues that you will be faced with are: what does it take to have a good job interview if you want to hire developers? Does it have to be a conversation or do we let someone do a home assessment? What does an onboarding look like for someone who will start in the tech team? It's up to you!
To accomplish this you will (focused on Tech):
Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy (nationally and internationally)
Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle
Manage all different stakeholders regarding every step in the employee journey
Organize and attend events to spread the felyx story
Create a strong employer brand
Ensure we have a flawless employee experience
But, important not to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two (HR Businesspartner?), as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’.
