As the Teamlead of our team of Scooter Support Agents in Amsterdam, you’ll get to know all the in’s and out’s on how to keep our daily operation running. You will lead a team of Scooter Support Agents who are driving around the city and perform tasks such as replacing empty batteries, transporting scooters and performing small fixes to keep our scooters available and in good shape for our customers.

You are responsible for managing the performance of your team of Scooter Support Agents (SSA's) based on KPI reports you receive from the Fleetmanager. Next to that you make sure the vans we use in our operation are in good shape and have all required tools and spare parts for the SSAs to perform their work.

When active in the field, you are the eyes and ears of the city team and you will be the first point of contact for SSA's, answering questions, resolving issues and appointing tasks coming in from the Fleetmanager or our customer service department to the team.

You will play a key role in keeping our operations running, but that is not all. You are encouraged to pro-actively address any process improvements that will to further strengthen our operation. You will report on the daily team progress and KPI’s to the Fleet manager and have frequent check-ins with the Area manager.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the team of Scooter Support Agents & act as their first point of contact
• Train new team members
• Maintenance & asset inventory control for the vans in our operation
• Reporting on performance & process improvements
• Swapping and transport operations
