Here's the challenge
As Talent Aquisition Specialist you are the face and the voice of felyx for future and current talent. The framework is set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our Recruitment flow, based on your vision and expertise. It’s a chance where you get to combine Recruitment & Recruitment strategy (70% of your time), Employer Branding (20%), admin (10%) and talent management with being a direct Recruitment business partner to the team.
Do you get that thrill every time you hire somebody? And do you know like no one else how to make candidates crazily enthusiastic? But we don’t want you to only look for new talent, but also inspire our current talent during their ride at felyx. Therefore, you will focus on culture and the entire employee experience/journey, making sure felyx is promoted as an inspiring employer every chance you get.
To accomplish this you will:
Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy (nationally and internationally)
Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle
Manage all different stakeholders regarding every touch point in the employee journey
Organize and attend events to spread the felyx story
Create a strong employer brand
Ensure we have a flawless employee experience
But, not important to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two (recruitment manager?), as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).
