Managing projects is what you do best. You have a strong understanding of business processes and you like to drive innovative projects from idea to implementation. As Strategy Projects member you will play a key role in scaling the product and growing the success of felyx. We’re looking for that person who is a king/queen in communication, doesn’t need to be told what to do, although you get the space to learn. Further more, you likes to work in a fast-paced environment and can translate business goals into successful project plans. Oh, and we don’t mind if you’re allergic to inefficiency;)

Here’s the challenge
As Strategy Projects member at felyx you’ll work together with the Strategy Projects Manager to ensure that ongoing focus on strategic change initiatives is safeguarded while other team members continue to run the day-to-day business. Mouth full right? To break it down, you will:
Drive innovative projects from idea to implementation
You successfully contribute to innovative projects that define how we operate, based on our strategic vision. When the business goals are set, translating them into concrete project plans is a piece of cake for you. You will coordinate activities across teams to make sure all stakeholders stay on top of their game.
Continuously look for new ideas to harness our growth
Continuously looking for new angles to improve our operations will enable us to further scale and grow the business. You pilot our most promising ideas and estimate, measure and report on the impact of the change initiatives.
Define project & tech requirements
You have a proven ability to communicate effectively between teams as you will be the one to translate ideas and feedback from our operations/growth team into technical requirements. Assess the business needs in comparison with the requirements of the project to estimate feasibility and shorten implementation time where possible due to your amazing project management skills.
