Job description

Managing projects is what you do best. You have a strong understanding of business processes and you like to drive innovative projects from idea to implementation. As Strategy Projects member you will play a key role in scaling the product and growing the success of felyx. We’re looking for that person who is a king/queen in communication, doesn’t need to be told what to do, although you get the space to learn. Further more, you like to work in a fast-paced environment and can translate business goals into successful project plans. Oh, and we don’t mind if you’re allergic to inefficiency;)

As urbanization is rising and the air quality is deteriorating we feel the need to make our cities greener and healthier by offering a sustainable mobility solution. And being a fun way around town is, of course, a great bonus! Here’s the challenge

As Strategy Projects member at felyx you’ll work together with the Manager Strategy Projects to work on the strategically most important topics every quarter. Your role can be divided in three sub-streams:

  1. Project management: You will be responsible for managing at least one of our strategic initiatives that often consists of a project team of different departments. You will structure the process, manage stakeholders and solve problems when things don’t go as planned
  2. Operational improvement projects: Within the Strategic Projects team, you will work together to solve operational inefficiencies by making business cases, executing pilots and making implementation plans
  3. Strategy: Together with the Manager Strategic Projects you will analyze growth opportunities and create strategy documents


And, not important to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or so, as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).

Requirements

We truly get excited if you:

  • Have 2-3 years fulltime experience in (strategy) consulting, or another role with a healthy mix of project management and operations
  • You have a Masters degree, preferably in Business or Technical studies 
  • Are hands-on and experienced working with cross-functional teams
  • Have a solid knowledge on how to set concrete processes and execution plans in motion
  • Be truth-seeking with data - translating complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset
  • Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills
  • Are based in the Netherlands

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Gave your career a kickstart with a (management) traineeship or other project based role
