Who You Are

Within Felyx the scrum master is responsible for managing 2 to 3 development teams with future posibility to support project teams.

As the new scrummaster you excel at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring the development teams towards delivering a high-quality performance in a sustainable pace.
You will also have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, hence you enable teams to develop trust and safety.
You will be responsible for enabling better synchronisation between BI and Engineering, by identifying dependencies between the teams in an early stage.


Your goal is not to be the perfect Scrum Master according the book, but rather to fulfill the role by proactively seeking for optimisations in making the development teams and key roles become more productive.

Requirements

  • Scrum Master certified
  • Background in Programming / software development
  • Experience in facilitating multiple teams
  • Experience in reporting to stakeholders
  • Facilitate learning and continuous improvement
  • See yourself as a flexible person in terms of getting the job done

Bonus points if you

  • Are eager to structurize and improve felyx as a whole, instead of focusing on Software Development only.
  • Are not a manager, but you are a facilitator
