Here's the challenge

As the face of felyx for our potential future colleagues, your number one goal is to create a great candidate experience. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of your vacancies which can be ranging from Marketing or Operations to Tech or BI. Expand (y)our horizon, be creative online and offline, and hire the best talent that fits felyx's culture. Are you a person who can't sit still easily, or work on just one thing at a time? Great! Let's have a look in your cookie jar:

  • Pro-actively search for the perfect candidates via multiple channels
  • Create great felyx candidate experiences
  • Plan and conduct screenings & interviews
  • Manage all your stakeholders in the process
  • Have your admin in order (unfortunately comes with every job)
  • Stars know stars - so actively follow up on referrals
  • Keep management in the loop of recruitment projects and expected time to hire
  • You have the freedom to add to this list


But, not important to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two (recruitment manager?), as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).


We truly get excited if you

  • Have 1 year experience in recruitment, HR or account management
  • Are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger the right people in the right way at the right time
  • Perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Are the king/queen of communication - written and verbally (in both Dutch and English)
  • Are result driven, well organized and ambitious
  • Want to learn and own everything there is about recruitment
  • Always get the job done!
  • Speak Dutch (required)


Bonus points if you

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Are looking for a career in fast moving scale-up environment
  • Obtained a Bachelor degree in Business, Communication or Hospitality
