Are you allergic to inefficiency? Great, we are too! Improving processes is what you like the most. You have a strong understanding of business processes and you like to support innovative projects from idea to implementation. 

As Process Improvement Intern you will be supporting our Operations and contribute to growing the success of felyx. We’re looking for that person who is a king/queen in communication, doesn’t need to be told what to do, while being in the space to learn. Furthermore, you like to work in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to translating business goals into successful project plans. 

As urbanization is rising and the air quality is deteriorating we feel the need to make our cities greener and healthier by offering a sustainable mobility solution. And being a fun way around town is, of course, a great bonus! At felyx, everybody within their

Here’s the challenge

As Process Improvement Intern at felyx you’ll work within the Central Operations team to ensure that we continue to improve our operational processes and systems, so that our city teams can successfully run the day-to-day business. Mouth full right?

To break it down, you will:

• be involved in project management and process improvement in the field of Operations.

• identify areas of improvement in our operations and find creative solutions to improve in these areas. How cool would it be if you could help optimize our Operational processes by introducing a gamification concept or develop a new system to prioritize day-to-day tasks in the workshop?

• work with different departments. Because the work of all our teams comes together in our Operations this internship gives you the opportunity to interact with other teams like our Local Operations or Development teams. We are looking for someone that is ready to join our improvement ride!

• manage step by step implementation of projects.  And important not to forget: we encourage you to grow within the company as we

are continually on our journey towards ‘world domination. Just kidding, the market leader in Europe will do (for now).


We truly get excited if you:

• Have a background in Industrial engineering & Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or similar studies.

• Have a problem-solving mindset and love to uncover new business opportunities

• Have a natural tendency to clearly structure projects

• Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills

• Think creatively and out of the box

• Have a hands-on mentality, are proactive, curious and structured

• You are an HBO or university student with some earlier relevant work/intern experience

• Available from Sept 1st, 2022

• Speak Dutch and English (required)

Bonus points if you

• Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services

• Have knowledge in Lean, Kaizen or other operational excellence methodologies

• Are a felyx user!
