Here's the challenge!

To ensure our customers have the best experience with felyx, our operational level needs to be as high as possible. Our team of Service Support Agents (SSA) make sure that all scooters are up and running. You are responsible for the scheduling, operational support and reporting of this team within the Benelux. 
As a strong analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills you ensure all the schedules are on point and the relevant stakeholders and team members are informed. You possess advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills and get crazy about a waterproof plan! 

To accomplish the above you will

  • Manage workforce and FTE planning on city manager's demand, making the day-to-day schedules

  • Come up with improvements that contribute to optimizing processes 

  • Communicate shifts and changes with relevant people
  • Make data-driven analyses and reports
  • Hire new talent in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Specialist Benelux
  • Think along with the Benelux Operations team and share feedback 
  • Administration (schedule, hours, FTE, absenteeism, performance) 
  • Arrange a back-up plan and check in with SSA's in case of absenteeism
  • Manage third parties and internal stakeholders

We truly get excited if you

  • Have 0 – 3 years experience as a Planner / Operations Support 
  • Possess analytical skills to discover new insights
  • Are continuously focussed on quality and details 
  • Own the ability to think strategically and long term
  • Are very well organized and thrive on being 5 steps ahead
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English) 
  • Are a true people person 
  • Possess advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset (creative problem solver, dedicated, motivated, self-starter)
