Always wanted to know how our felyx scooters stay in good shape? As our Fleet hub Manager in Zuid-Holland you will be responsible for the biggest fleet within felyx in the cities Rotterdam, Den Haag, Delft and Wassenaar.

What you’ll be doing

As our Fleet Operations Manager you will be the right hand of our Area Manager in Zuid-Holland. You are his eyes and ears, and always on the spot for ad hoc requests. You will be responsible for everything what has to do with repairs and maintenance of our e-scooters. It’s a role with a lot of responsibility and freedom. Besides keeping the overview, you are always ready to do adhoc tasks to optimise the fleet all the time. You will be reporting directly to the Area Manager.


Your main tasks:

  • Lead a team of SSAs to keep our fleet up and running
  • Plan, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness of work procedures for your department and make adjustments accordingly
  • Align with the involved stakeholders to remain a high operationality
  • Draft and lead KPI's
  • Check, manage and adjust inventory in the workshops

We truly get excited if you

  • Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
  • Flourish when given freedom and like to show initiative
  • A HBO and/or WO work and thinking level and a hands-on mentality
  • Know how to multitask, prioritize and communicate with multiple entities at once
  • Are fluent in Dutch (required) and speak English
  • Have your driver license (B)
  • Are available to work Full time
