Here's the challenge
Felyx is currently at a crucial stage of growth! You'll be the one to define and implement our marketing strategy for the Benelux. Together with your internal and external stakeholders, you will manage the planning and execution of our marketing content across all of our channels and  drive felyx' success to even greater heights. Core to this role is the continuous development of outstanding data- and technology capabilities and a key focus on delivering results in the day-to-day business. You make sure the revenue numbers are met, roll out the felyx brand and coordinate its brand purpose, brand mission, consumer insights, proposition, target audience, core brand values, tone-of-voice, and look and feel. 


What you'll be doing

  • Be a part and actively contribute to the Benelux Leadership Team and focus on the growth of our business
  • Work alongside with City Managers to devise and implement city-specific marketing strategies 
  • Plan and execute all Benelux related marketing activities, both online and offline
  • Drive the development of insights, processes, methodologies, automation technologies, and capabilities to run world-class customer acquisition and retention activities in-house
  • Provide the management team with relevant insights based on your analyzes
  • Work on a daily basis with the product and ride analytics to analyze (product) improvements and the customer journey
  • Have an integrated view of all channel marketing activities across customer acquisition and retention, markets, and devices with a specific focus on mobility; close attention to detail, KPIs, day-to-day performance and flawless execution
  • Integrate brand campaigns with the digital marketing team's activity (SEO, Display, blogger outreach, paid social, native advertising etc.)
  • Find and work together with strategic partners to build the Benelux brand and customer positioning
  • Hire or setup external strategic relationships - brief, manage and give feedback to these parties
  • In this role, you report to the General Manager Benelux and manage the Marketing Associate

Requirements

We truly get excited if you:

  • Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a scale-up environment
  • Have a strong focus on the customer and get energy from ambitious goals
  • Are a strategic leader with a strong analytical background, attention to detail and proven ownership of eCommerce KPIs and methodologies
  • Have experience with brand building
  • Are competent with experiments and growth-sprints
  • Have a good understanding of SEO / SEA and performance marketing
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch (required)

Bonus points if you:

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Have people management experience 
  • Have a good understanding of P&Ls 
  • Have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business or Communication.
  • Can speak another language (preferably German/French)
