Managing strategic projects and people is what you do best. You have a strong understanding of business processes and you like to drive innovative projects from idea to implementation. As Strategy Projects Manager you will play a leading role in scaling the product and growing the success of felyx. We’re looking for that person who is a king/queen in communication, doesn’t need to be told what to do, although you get the space to learn. Furthermore, you like to work in a fast-paced environment and can translate business goals into successful project plans. Oh, and we don’t mind if you’re allergic to inefficiency;)

Here’s the challenge

As Strategy Projects Manager you’ll take responsibility for cracking felyx toughest problems and presenting insights in a compelling way that convinces the management team to take action. In order to succeed, you will manage two Strategy Projects Specialists to ensure that ongoing focus on strategic change initiatives is safeguarded while others continue to run the day-to-day operations. Mouth full right? To break it down, you will analyze the P&L on HQ to level to identify improvement initiatives, tender for new suppliers to improve the P&L and refine our operating model for upcoming expansions:


Drive innovative projects from idea to implementation

Your focus will be on translating strategic business problems into an appropriate quantitative context and develop solutions for our international operation. To do so, you’ll not only develop modeling concepts, you will implement, calibrate and backtest these and align the results and findings with all stakeholders.


Continuously look for new ideas to harness our growth

Continuously looking for new angles to improve our operations will enable felyx to further scale and grow the business. You will pilot most promising ideas and estimate, measure and report on the impact of the change initiatives.


Define project & tech requirements

You have a proven ability to communicate effectively between teams as you will be the one to translate ideas and feedback from our global operations team into technical requirements. Assess the business needs in comparison with the requirements of the project to estimate feasibility and shorten implementation time where possible due to your excellent project management skills.

Requirements

We truly get excited if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in consulting, or another role with a healthy mix of project management and operations in a fast-growing environment
  • Have a university degree in physics, engineering, mathematics, business administration, economics, econometrics or any other study with a business or more technical background
  • Are hands-on and experienced working with cross-functional teams
  • Have a solid knowledge of how to set concrete processes and execution plans in motion
  • Can crunch data like you crunch chocolate to identify high-value projects
  • Love to do projects from strategy (convince MT) to implementation (use a screwdriver)
  • Have a proven track record in mentoring and developing team members
  • Have a hands-on mentality, are proactive, curious and structured
  • Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills
  • Are fluent in English

Bonus points if you

  • Are skilled in programming (SQL, Python or Go)
  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Are a felyx user!
