Here’s the challenge!

As Lead Designer at Felyx, you will join our Global Brand team, directly reporting to our Global Brand Manager. We are looking for an experienced designer who is able to lead a team and drive our design projects forward. Continuously improving our strategic visual brand identity while also executing on the work itself. You have an eye for detail, look for quality, and are capable to lead junior-senior staff.

You will plan the projects in detail, regularly update our various teams on the progress, and design stunning work, ensuring that Felyx is able to achieve its business goals - becoming a market leader within Europe. All this while overseeing conceptualization and keeping the quality of our branded assets on par. Aiming to outcompete our competitors with original work that stands out.

You’ll support the brand team in having a significant impact on our various audiences (riders, partners, municipalities, and internal stakeholders), contributing to reinforcing our brand and boosting awareness.

Things that you will tackle in this role:

  • Implement the style guide and visual identity of the brand while monitoring output
  • Internal development of branded projects - oversee the design projects from end to end, starting from conceptualization to completion
  • Conceptualize creative designs and illustrations for our various platforms
  • Ensure the designs created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency
  • Mentor our digital designers, helping them set and achieve satisfying goals and projects
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, being analytical and dynamic
  • Convert user behavior into appealing creatives to inspire them to act (making rides)


We get truly excited if you have

  • 7+ years with at least 3+ years of management and delivering creative design projects – ideally in tech companies
  • Bachelor level degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Web Design or equivalent
  • Strong online portfolio available for viewing
  • Strong knowledge in Adobe Suite and Figma. (Emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
  • Hands-on strategic design projects and campaigns
  • Creative mindset, innovative in the approach to position a brand visual identity
  • Experience with fast-growing scale-up environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Bonus points if you’ve knowledge in animation and video editing
