As we are facing a hyper-growth in Germany these coming years, we are looking for a Launch Manager to ensure felyx’s success in our new German market.

Here’s the challenge
Expanding the success story of felyx! An exciting challenge where you will be responsible for the localization of our product. Building and expanding our service in new cities which includes country/city management, business development, marketing, operations and team management, just to name a few. Being the one in charge, you will decide on what resources you’ll need to act on all your great ideas.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the driver of expansion in Germany, so buckle up, and be the driver of your own and felyx’s success. You’ll have full responsibility & the necessary resources to make new successful launches in Germany a reality and you will closely work together with the General Manager Germany as well as our Manager Global Launch, Nicky Rietveld-Bresser. So, when arriving in a new city, what can you expect? You will:
- Be the local figurehead of felyx during the city set-up for customers and partners
- Monetize, develop and improve expansion blueprints for a successful roll-out in German cities
- Shape local partnerships
- Identify key opportunities through market and field research
- Tailor the go-to-market marketing plan
- Minimize our launch time-to-market by designing and leading the operational warehouse process & local team to ensure the efficient preparations of our e-scooters
Requirements
We truly get excited if you
- Consider yourself a real entrepreneur (creative problem solver, analytic, dedicated, motivated, self-starter)
- Are a little more senior, so you can manage different cities at the same time to relieve the General Manager
- Are a natural project manager, always keeping overview & quickly distinguishing between high and lower priority tasks
- Possess 2-4 years of start-up or operational experience
- See yourself as a flexible person as you may live on and off in the city that you are launching
- Are hands-on, goal oriented, independent and structured
- Have excellent communication skills in German and English
- It is a plus if you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Economics
