Hi there, go-getter! Are you bored of sitting behind a desk 40 hours a week? Do you seek freedom and aren’t you afraid to take responsibility? We have just the role for you as we are facing a hyper-growth in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe these upcoming years, we are looking for two Launch Interns to ensure felyx’s success in our new Western European markets. We are a young and driven scale-up, that is making swift door-to-door transportation the new status quo with our innovative and sustainable tech platform and shared e-scooters. We are working together as an ambitious team of entrepreneurs, operators and engineers, and looking to grow as we scale the business throughout Europe.


As urbanization is rising and the air quality is deteriorating, we feel the need to make our cities greener and healthier by offering a sustainable mobility solution. What you’ll be doing

Expanding the success story of felyx! An exciting challenge in which you will have the responsibility for the localization of our product. You’ll be the project manager that is building and expanding our service in new cities (within the Netherlands and abroad).


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibility for the launch of the new felyx fleet in the Netherlands or abroad.
  • Assisting in the preparation and planning of the warehouse activities to ensure a quick turnaround time of the new incoming scooters.
  • Operationally responsible for the completion of the daily scooter preparation activities in the warehouse according to the script that is written partly by yourself
  • Daily management of several part-time expansion agents that work on the scooters.
  • Liaison between the warehouse where the scooter preparation takes place & the head office of felyx.

Requirements

We truly get excited if:

  • You are an HBO or university student with some earlier relevant work/intern experience
  • Wants to gain practical work experience, not focus on doing research
  • Have good communication skills & effective management of peers
  • You are a great project manager & planner: great at managing lots of tasks at the same time without losing overview
  • Have affinity with supply chain, logistics and/or operations
  • You are a real Pitbull. Gives the full 100% to meet all deadlines and make the project succeed as efficiently as possible
  • Flexible to travel to warehouse in location to be determined in the Netherlands or abroad even
  • Affinity with electric scooters. You will be responsible for getting several hundreds of these through the preparational process as efficiently as possible
  • Speak Dutch and English (required)
    Speak German and/or French (optional)
  • Available from September, 2021
