Job description

Here’s the challenge 

You will be working directly with Marlies Wensink, our CRM Manager, with the main responsibility to grow the size and value of our customer base. You will activate our non-active customers, increase the customer lifetime value of our active customer and reactivate customers who (might) churn(ed). How will you do that? We don't like to micromanage and set everything in stone, but to give you an idea:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, primarily focused on activation, development and reactivation strategies
  • Create and manage the development of email, direct mail, mobile and other marketing channel strategy with lifecycle, transactional/triggered, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze and improve the customer journey
  • Conduct A/B (and segmentation) tests that enhance marketing effectiveness that allow felyx to identify best marketing practices within each customer life cycle segment 

But, not important to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or so, as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in developing and executing Marketing and/or CRM strategies and tactics
  • Are able to convert data into high value business decisions - you have a data driven mindset
  • Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn
  • A critical thinker - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Are curious and self-starting - you seek to take up and start new projects
  • Are fluent (written and verbal) in Dutch and English

Bonus points if you

  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Have experience in writing texts (e.g. SEO, blogs)
  • Possess a solid knowledge of email marketing/HTML
  • Obtain a Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science/BI
  • Are proficient in German or French
