IT Support Engineer Intern

the rest of Europe. Therefore, we are looking for a System Administration intern.

Here's the challenge

As a System Administration intern, you will be joining the IT team, where you will help out

with as a point of contact for various IT issues from employees. You will help your colleagues

with device issues, managing email and Office accounts or with granting application rights.

Besides that you will help out with one or more larger projects within the IT team.

Depending on the requirements set by your school or university, we can decide to focus your

internship on a specific topic.

You are pragmatic, structured, helpful, precise and accessible to the team. And

important not to forget: we encourage you to grow with the company and within your

role as we are continually on our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market

leader in Europe will do (for now).

Requirements

We get truly excited if you

  • You are following or have completed an MBO level 4 IT/ICT education.
  • You have a good understanding of how an IT ServiceDesk operates.
  • Have good communication skills in English.
  • Have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Okta.
  • Have experience with managing Microsoft Office 365 licenses and other licenses.
  • Know your way around Linux, Windows10, and MacOs

Bonus points if you

  • Familiar with the ITIL framework.
  • Have experience with the setting up VPNs or understand the workings.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit (creative problem solver, dedicated, motivated, self starting)
