As we are at the starting point of our potencies this role offers the unique opportunity to join our ride and help the Head of HR with the development of our HR strategy and work on projects concern HR data, HR policies and Learning & Development for our Global team. Already at the edge of your seat?

Here's the challenge

As HR Intern you are one of the faces of felyx for future and current talent. The framework is set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our Recruitment and HR, policy and the analysis of the existing data are very important here.  To accomplish this you will:

  • Be part of the team who is developing the recruitment and HR strategy (nationally and internationally)

  • You will work independently with HR policy and analyzing our data

  • You don't turn your hand to put together a sleek PowerPoint
  • Have your admin in order (unfortunately comes with every job)
  • Create, manage and further develop our international HR policies

  • You will have the opportunity to independently contribute to the implementation of our new HR system

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

  • HBO/ WO student
  • Are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger the right people in the right way at the right time
  • Perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Good with Excel and Powerpoint (must)
  • Are the king/queen of communication - written and verbally (in both Dutch and English)
  • Are result driven, well organized and ambitious
  • Want to learn and own everything there is about recruitment
  • Always get the job done!
  • Speak Dutch and English (required)
  • Available from February 1, 2021

  • 4-6 months available
