Here's the challenge
As HR Manager you are the face and the voice of felyx for future and current talent. The framework is set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our HR, based on your vision and expertise. It’s a chance where you get to combine HR, talent management with being a direct business partner to the team and Managers.
This is not your first rodeo and you know exactly how to make sure everyone within felyx develops themselves and keep them crazily enthusiastic about felyx. To accomplish this you will:
Develop a comprehensive HR strategy (nationally and internationally)
Be the HR advisor for the rapidly growing team
Create, manage and further develop our international HR policies
Gather market intelligence, build strong networks, research competitors, and develop marketing options
Manage all different stakeholders regarding every touch point in the employee journey
Be responsible for the entire HR admin
Make sure all employees at felyx rock!
But, not important to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two, as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).
We truly get excited if you
Have approximately 2-4 years in HR
Are able to develop our HR strategy, switching between long-term objectives and short-term needs
Are experienced in managing HR processes
Know which questions to ask, or what parties to involve when it comes to international recruitment and HR
Know your tools and are up-to-date with the current recruitment & employee experience trends
Share our entrepreneurial mindset: self-starting, hands-on, curious and constantly pushing boundaries
Have exceptional oral- and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Speak Dutch (required)
Bonus points if you
Have experience in a fast-growing international scale-up environment
Have knowledge of employee experience
Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
