What you'll be doing
As HR Advisor you are the face and voice of felyx for future and current talent. In this position, you are on one hand responsible for the rapidly growing Benelux team and on the other hand supporting the managers with all people-related topics. It's a great combination of managing and improving the current HR framework with the good old hands-on work. You will be the driving force behind organizing all the fun things we want to do as a team! The framework is in place, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape our policies and processes. Furthermore devising and executing projects when it comes to (for example) performance management, process optimization, D&I and setting up a data-driven HR policy.
You are the go-to person for all people-related topics from the operational side of felyx and will be responsible for the payroll and full HR admin cycle. In this role, you report directly to the General Manager and will manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist of the Benelux. You work closely together with the Global and German HR team to maintain and improve the true felyx culture. This is not your first HR rodeo - you know how HR can facilitate growth and have innovative ideas.
