Here’s the challenge
As a Hardware Expert, you will be responsible to maintain the minimum felyx requirements for our e-mopeds throughout the entire felyx fleet (3000+!), but of course strive for delivering the highest quality e-mopeds in the shared business and always want to set the bar even higher! Focus on translating ideas and feedback from our operations into technical requirements will be key to help us further scale our e-moped fleet without losing control on the quality. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders concerning all hardware related topics. Together with the Global Operations team you will make strategic decisions, think long term, and quickly implement improvements on a high scale.
The following projects will be part of this job:
• Continuously find more efficient solutions for "standard" repairs to reduce repair time
• Mapping current hardware issues, centralizing them from all cities and implementing solutions
• Setting up technical training courses together with the main mechanic (making videos, training materials, etc.)
• Structural benchmarking of new types of vehicles
• Further development of our fleet in the technical field (coming up with new 'adjustments' that increase the user experience and operationality)
