Joining the felyx ride as a Global HR BP you’ll play a key part in providing administrative support in Germany and Netherlands (HQ) across a range of day-to-day HR activities, coordinating actions across the business unit team and acting as an interface with others in our HR operating model as necessary. This is a full time position and you must be able to travel across Germany and The Netherlands to meet the workforce in the different cities as necessary.


• Be the point of contact of German and Amsterdam HQ employees for day to day HR matters and employment questions.

• Be the point of contact of external stakeholders having a link with HR such as BG Verkehr in German.

HR Guidelines in Compliance with German and Dutch regulations

• Advise management on how to enforce group HR policies in the German entity.

• Adapt group HR policies in compliance with German and Dutch law, ensure that the company adheres to all local regulations

• Update employee handbook and summarizing policies in German.

• Observe the evolution of local regulation and implement accordingly in Germany and Amsterdam HQ.

• Ensure that we have necessary permits to operate in all cities where we have a presence in Germany.

• Capture local needs that need to be factored into HR tools and make sure with global HR that systems’ configuration is reflecting those needs  or propose work-around these.

• Support on potential workers council related matters.

•Being part of the payroll process and liaise with HQ payroll accordingly

Day to day and complex people management related matters

• Advise in case of issues , conflicts within the team, provide guidelines on performance improvement plans and feedback and incorporate the into SOP’s together with HR Ops

• Meet The Team catch-up  to identify improvements, prevent issues, and foster engagement, and retention of potentials and key resources

• Support and advise on development and training plans in accordance to German adn Dutch requirements together with HR Ops.

• Support hiring managers in improving the onboarding and offboarding experience for all German employees together with HR Ops

• Advising global recruiters on typical German parameters, support on screening in German

• Maintain and update employees and FTEs overviews, quality check data to be transmitted to finance and payroll together with HR Ops


  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Have strong organisational skills and be able to work on multiple activities at the same time
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision and to take initiative to deliver an outcome
  • The ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar HR role supporting managers on a day-to-day basis
  • An appropriate HR qualification
  • An understanding of HR principles, theories and concepts
  • Experience with change management and collective consultations
  •  German employment law knowledge and experience
  • Fluent in Dutch, German and English
