What you’ll be doing
As our Fleet Manager you will be the right hand of our City Manager in Rotterdam. You are his eyes and ears, and always on the spot for ad hoc requests. You will be responsible for our field team who is maintaining and optimizing our fleet of e-scooter in Rotterdam. This team consists of the Field Support agents, the battery swappers and our scooter mechanics. Although you are in the lead, you’re not afraid to get your own hands dirty. It’s a role with a lot of responsibility and freedom. Besides keeping the overview, you are always ready to get into action and assist riders and the team when necessary. Making sure felyx lives up to its promise of quality everyday and reports your findings to the City Manager.
Not important to forget, we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or so, as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).
