Job description

As Lead Customer Service, you are the face of the Customer Service Team during your shift and you ensure that all our stakeholders are provided with the very best service. You also ensure that your team is working with enthusiasm. And of course, you are a big fan of our green felyx scooters! Are we looking for someone like you? Join our ride!

Since we are growing fast, we are looking for enthusiastic colleagues for the Customer Service team at our office in Berlin. You will be working in a young team and a high degree of independence is expected of you.

What can you expect?

As Lead Customer Service you are responsible for your shift. You divide specific tasks that need to be tackled among your team. You know how to set priorities and you dare to talk to people about their work. You will manage your team and ensure that they get the most out of themselves and you stimulate productivity. You ensure that your employees have everything they need to work properly: without properly functioning PCs and headphones, no customer service! You are able to make the daily report and like to really solve problems. You are not averse to excelling a little and from the data you initiate proposals to improve processes.

What we need

  • Have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
  • Being resistant to stress and knowing which priorities must be taken during a shift.
  • Have strong social skills and are not afraid to give feedback
  • Have strong communication skills
  • speak German and English
