Here’s the challenge

Together with the marketing team you will have the main responsibility to acquire new riders via referral and activate our potential high value new customers by using and analyzing our customer data and product analytics, identify the biggest growth leavers. You will setup your own CRM campaigns, monitor impact and iterate them to great success. You will be working very closely with our local marketing teams, the brand team and our own CRM team, so there is always someone there to brainstorm with. Or just to drink (a virtual) coffee with.


Below are a few examples of what this role entails:

· Analyze and improve the customer journey, with focus on the onboarding and activation flow.

· Set up a referral strategy to acquire high value new customers + execute the strategy.

· Develop and execute marketing CRM campaigns, primarily focused on onboarding and activation strategies by setting up multichannel campaigns via email, push and in-app messages.

· Work in growth sprints with a clear starting point and end goal

· Conduct A/B (and segmentation) tests that enhance marketing effectiveness that allow felyx to identify best marketing practices within each customer life cycle segment.

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

· Have 3+ years of experience in developing and executing CRM campaigns

· Are able to convert data into high value business decisions - you have a data driven mindset

· Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn

· Are a critical thinker - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

· Important competences: An eye for detail, focused on quality, stakeholder management and having an helicopter view

· Strong analytical skills and familiar with tools data tools like Amplitude, Marketing automation tools, Segment.

· A creative mind and a strong commercial drive

· Are curious and self-starting - you seek to take up and start new projects

· Are fluent (written and verbal) in Dutch and English

· Proficient in Italian, French, or German
