This role offers the unique opportunity to join our ride! You will help the HR Business Partner with the development of our roadmap and to recruit some really important roles to make our hyper growth possible. You will play a key role in driving felyx' growth and become part of this awesome rollercoaster as we are expanding quickly throughout Europe! Already at the edge of your seat?

Here's the challenge

As recruiter, you are the face and the voice of felyx for future and current talent at the HQ.  Felyx is extremely ambitious and has a major growth on the agenda. That also means growth in employees, and therefore we need you! In this role you will be given the space - in addition to scouting new colleagues - to also think along in the field of employer branding and the efficient organization of recruitment processes.

Do you get that thrill every time you hire somebody? And do you know how to make candidates crazily enthusiastic? Than we are looking for you! You will not only focus on finding new talent, next to that you will inspire our current talent during their ride at felyx. You will focus on the entire employee experience/journey - making sure felyx is promoted as an inspiring employer every chance you get. 

To accomplish this you will:

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle from A to Z

  • Pro-actively search for the perfect candidates via multiple channels
  • Create great felyx candidate experiences
  • Have your admin in order (unfortunately comes with every job)
  • Stars know stars - so actively follow up on referrals

And important not to forget: we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role as we are continually on our journey towards ‘world domination’. Just kidding, market leader in Europe will do (for now).


We truly get excited if you

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger people in the right way at the right time
  • Perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Are the king/queen of communication - both written and verbally (Dutch and English required)
  • Are result driven, well organized and ambitious
  • Want to learn and own everything there is about recruitment
  • Always get the job done!
