We are looking to expand our Recruitment team to support our serious growth ambitions. You will be partnering with your HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure we have the right talent in our Marketing, Finance, Data, HR and Global Operations teams

You’ll be engaging with a broad variety of candidates for our Head Quarters and Satellite offices in new markets. You will build teams in new markets, and work on a variety of profiles for our Dutch HQ.

What you will be doing

  • Partner closely with the Leadership Team and General Managers to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and hire amazing people into their teams
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and guide them through the closing process
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand, define, and build talent profiles
  • Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events
  • Collaborate with employer branding (yes, we know there’s still a lot of work to do!) to broaden your impact in all markets
  • Contribute to the development and growth of felyx’ HR team by proactively developing and refining processes, challenging the way things are being done, and serving as a sparring partner to the rest of the team
  • You are responsible for the full recruitment cycle from vacancy request till job offer

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, we are open to agency or in-house experience
  • Are warm and welcoming - you know exactly how to trigger people in the right way at the right time.
  • Perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in English, and at least one other European languages like German, French, Italian, Dutch or Spanish.
  • Are result driven, well organized, and ambitious.
  • Want to learn and own everything there is about recruitment.
  • Always get the job done!
  • Are based in The Netherlands.
