Here is the challenge!

As our Benelux Operations Lead you are the right hand of the General Manager Benelux. You will be responsible for overseeing and constantly improving our operations in Benelux which consist of operating, maintaining and optimizing our fleet of e-mopeds. Working closely with Global Operations, city managers, fleet managers, Service Support Agents, mechanics and external partners, you will be building and optimising scalable processes to continue our hyper growth. Using strong operational and analytical experience you will lead projects and initiatives to make us work better and faster and improve the service to our customers. Although you are the one who is in the lead, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You are always ready to get into action and assist riders and the team in general when necessary in order to make sure felyx lives up to its promise of everyday operational excellence!

The ideal candidate for this role should have a “doer” attitude, strong strategic skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in.

Requirements

We truly get excited if you

  • Possess 2-4 years of operational experience, preferably in a team lead position in either a consulting or start-up environment
  • Have experience with operational process improvements and experience in scaling them
  • Can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
  • Have a strong “get it done” attitude – bias toward action, great collaboration and master disambiguation – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
  • Enjoy hands-on problem solving
  • Can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
  • Have project management experience and proven ability to deliver results
  • Have strong Excel / data management skills
  • Know how to create structure, multitask, prioritize and communicate with multiple entities at once
  • Flourish when given freedom and like to show initiative
  • Are fluent in English

Bonus points if you

  • Are a natural leader with experience in operational team management
  • Are excited about sustainability and urban mobility services
  • Have process improvement certification (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • SQL skills
