What you’ll be doing 

The main focus of this role is to manage our performance and the P&L for the cities Amsterdam, Haarlem and Groningen. You make sure that felyx is successfully running its business locally while partnering with of our stakeholders in the metropolitan area. You are constantly balancing running day-to-day operations with taking a step back to think strategically about initiatives that have the potential to improve our performance. As our figurehead for the Amsterdam region, you further boost our business by developing local partnerships and making sure marketing campaigns are effectively executed. Coordination and clear cross-team communication are therefore key.

But of course, all of this is for no reason if we don’t deliver a seamless experience to our users when going for a ride. Keeping our fleet of scooters in great shape is not a one-man/woman job, but at the end of the day, you are responsible for the results and in charge of leading the team. So, you will set and maintain the standards for a positive culture and inspire teammates based on well-rounded people management skills.

Requirements

We truly get excited if you 

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth scale up environment or consulting
  • Have experience developing and optimizing operational processes
  • Are a true people person and a motivating leader for the team
  • Are entrepreneurial and have solid analytical skills (bonus points for SQL) to stay on top of all factors impacting our performance
  • Have proven P&L experience and work revenue focussed
  • Have strong project management skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Are a clear communicator with the ability to engage all our stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
